🌱 Our Founder's Vision
Mr. Pushkar Kumar
At the heart of Piplad Foundation is Pushkar alias Chandan, a passionate changemaker and visionary leader. With a B.Tech degree from SRM University and over 15 years of experience in the corporate IT sector, his journey is a remarkable blend of professional excellence and deep-rooted social commitment.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he made a transformative decision to return to his ancestral village in Bihar. Witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by rural communities, he began offering coaching, career guidance and counseling to local youth, students and families. What started as a personal mission soon blossomed into a broader initiative and the Piplad Foundation was born.
Under his leadership, the foundation is driven by the belief that lasting change starts at the grassroots. From educational outreach to mentoring programs, healthcare camps, cultural promotion, farmer's awareness and skill development, he has been instrumental in designing initiatives that empower individuals and uplift entire communities.
Through his work, Pushkar continues to inspire countless others to lead with empathy, act with purpose, and give back with intent. His story is a testament to how one person's vision can ignite a movement of transformation. .

Mr. Avineesh Kumar Singh
Mr. Avineesh, a dedicated banker by profession, is a passionate advocate for transformative social change. Through his work and lived experiences, he has witnessed both the promise and the pain within our communities—recognizing the vast reservoir of untapped potential alongside the persistent struggles that hinder progress.
The Piplad Foundation is his sincere effort to give back to the society that nurtured him. Born from a deep personal commitment, this initiative serves as a source of hope and empowerment for those too often overlooked. Grounded in the principles of compassion, equality, and service, the foundation mirrors the values Avineesh upholds in every aspect of his life.

🌿 In Loving Memory: Satyanarayan Singh
Visionary Mentor | Champion of Rural Upliftment | Pillar of People-Centric Leadership.
A towering figure in Bihar’s grassroots movement, Shri Satyanarayan Singh laid the groundwork for rural transformation long before it became a policy agenda. As the first District Congress President of Banka and the revered Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Bhelai (1968–1995), he dedicated over four decades to shaping a more equitable, educated, and empowered rural society.
His visionary leadership manifested in tangible change — schools that opened doors to learning, roads that connected the forgotten, and healthcare centers that offered dignity and healing. Twice appointed President of the 20-Point Programme Committee, he worked tirelessly to ensure government schemes reached the last mile.
Late Satyanarayan Singh’s influence stretched beyond his village, touching communities across Banka district. Today, his ideals of service, humility, and inclusive growth remain a guiding force for the Piplad Welfare Foundation.

A Guiding Light of Devotion, Culture & Social Reform
Braj Priya Aditi Ji from Vrindavan is a revered spiritual teacher and mentor, carrying forward the noble legacy of her father, the late Shri Brajesh Krishna Ji Maharaj—a distinguished spiritual luminary and cultural ambassador of India. Rooted deeply in the teachings of the Shrimad Bhagavatam or Bhagwat Purana and Sanatan Dharma, Aditi Ji's life is a radiant example of devotion, wisdom, and compassionate leadership.
As a guiding force behind the Piplad Foundation, she works tirelessly to uplift society through spiritual education, women’s empowerment, and youth mentorship.
