The Visionary Driving Piplad Foundation’s Impact
Pushkar Kumar believes every village holds untapped talent and every child deserves a fair chance. After earning a B.Tech from SRM University and building a 15‑year career in the IT sector, he chose to leave a comfortable corporate life to dedicate himself to rural renewal. This decision reflects a deep commitment to trade personal comfort for collective progress.

Mr. Avineesh Singh is a banker by profession and a committed champion of rural development and social change. Rooted in his lived experience in Uttar Pradesh, he has seen both the vast potential of India’s villages and the structural barriers that limit opportunity. His work is driven by a practical understanding of financial inclusion, community resilience, and scalable social impact. The Piplad Welfare Foundation is his personal commitment to give back to the communities that shaped him. A towering figure in Bihar’s grassroots movement, Shri Satyanarayan Singh laid the groundwork for rural transformation long before it became a policy agenda. As the revered Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Bhelai (1968–1995), he dedicated over four decades to shaping a more equitable, educated, and empowered rural society.
His visionary leadership manifested in tangible change — schools that opened doors to learning, roads that connected the forgotten, and healthcare centers that offered dignity and healing. Twice appointed President of the 20-Point Programme Committee, he worked tirelessly to ensure government schemes reached the last mile.
Late Satyanarayan Singh’s influence stretched beyond his village, touching communities across Banka district. Today, his ideals of service, humility, and inclusive growth remain a guiding force for the Piplad Welfare Foundation.
